1. Order Confirmation and Changes

Please note the following points:

• If you place your order on a weekday, your order will be processed the same day.
• If you place an order on a weekend, your order will be processed on the following Monday.
• Once an order has been processed and its status changed to ‘Processing’, no further changes to the order will be accepted. Please ensure that there are no errors in your order before submitting it.

2. Order Status

Orders have three statuses:

• Pending: indicates that the order has been accepted but payment has not been confirmed.
• Processing: indicates that the order is being prepared or has entered the manufacturing process.
• Completed: indicates that your purchase has been successfully received.

3. Days Required for Production

The number of days required to produce TPE dolls for each company is as follows:

• SY dolls: Approx. 3 to 7 days
• JH dolls: Approx. 3 to 7 days

The manufacturing lead time for full silicone dolls varies by manufacturer. The estimated completion times are as follows:

• SY dolls: Approx. 5 to 15 days
• JH dolls: Approx. 5 to 15 days
